Payments and account verification

King Billy accepts Visa and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfers are also available, but may incur intermediary bank fees of up to 16 €. Paysafe vouchers can only be deposited.

The casino accepts cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT. A valid ID age verification is required for Bitcoin wagers before you can play.

Withdrawals are processed only Monday 07:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. Requests after Friday 16:00 UTC will be reviewed from Monday 07:00 UTC. There is no weekend processing.

Daily withdrawals are limited to 4000 EUR / 4000 USD / 60000 ZAR / 40000 NOK / 6000 AUD / 6000 NZD / 6000 CAD. Weekly limits are 15000 EUR / 15000 USD / 225000 ZAR / 150000 NOK / 22500 AUD / 22500 NZD / 22500 CAD. Monthly caps are 30000 EUR / 30000 USD / 450000 ZAR / 300000 NOK / 45000 AUD / 45000 NZD / 45000 CAD.

• Winnings over 30000 EUR can be paid out in monthly instalments of a maximum of 30000 EUR

Account verification is required before you can withdraw. You must submit a government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card), proof of address and proof of payment method.

Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script. If not, video confirmation may be required where you hold your ID and speak your name and the date. Live phone verification may be requested additionally.

Every deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw – this applies even without claiming a bonus. Multiple deposits without play-through must be wagered 3 times together.

The casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or decline withdrawals if wagering requirements are not met. Refund requests for legitimate transactions must be submitted within 24 hours.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login or activity) will be charged a monthly inactivity fee of 20 €, deducted from the balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Duplicate accounts are not permitted. Accounts sharing a common address, household, IP or device are considered duplicates and will be closed with winnings forfeited.
